We engaged the services of Hennessy & Associates at a time when we were looking to put a structure around how we measured all aspects of our service and by using this information make the necessary improvements which would make our service the best it could be.
Tony and his team came and visited and drew up an action plan along with designing our auditing system. Immediately we could see the benefits of their system and our post inspection action plans reduced with each inspection. Along with our team of professionals at the nursing home, Hennessy & Associates played a critical role in achieving these results and we look forward to working closely with them in the years to come.

We started working with Hennessy & Associates in 2014. Initially using just individual components of the Hennessy Bundle Package. Following an immediate visible improvement to our service & structure the decision was made, we had no option but to go with the full 'Bundle' to achieve the best results and receive the ultimate support.
Several site visits were completed and a review of previous HIQA reports conducted. A comprehensive action plan was put in place and the tools provided in the form of policies, procedures, manuals, charts, audits, onsite inspections, in-house training, on-line training, servicing and maintenance of our equipment. The service has been delivered to our home with unlimited support & advice.
Our whole operation has excelled and continues to improve in line with the standards and regulations. The final cog to an already perfected service would have to be the online training, completing and closing the loop.
The online E -learning system ties together all the policies and procedures in a convenient, easy to use program.
The E -learning provides excellent traceability, records & certification.  It is with genuine and high regard we thank the whole team at Hennessy's for providing us with a solid base in which to operate and run our home with peace of mind.
